电话里传来一个女声热情的问候:“thank you for calling sheraton perth hotel. good morning. how may i help you?”
小薛忙在记事本上寻找着,说:“嗯——,i call from china, beijing. my boss want to see his room is ok or not.”
“well, hold on for just one second. your call will be transferred to front desk.”
音乐停了,换成一个男人的声音:“front desk, andrew speaking. what can i do for you today?”
my boss want to see his room is ok or not.”
“thank you. let me have a look. hmmm, ……, i haven’t got any ‘j-u-n’ here. does he have any other name?”
“thanks. give me one second. aha, here it is. i have his reservation here, booked by vcl australia pte ltd. mr. hong will check-in on september 15th and check out on 18th. would you like to make any modification?”
小薛核对着酒店预定记录的细节,下意识地频频点头,又在记事本的下面几行搜寻,然后说:“啊,yes. my boss do not smoke, 嗯,and……, he want his room have a big bed.”
“excuse me? er……oh, i see. you mean a non-smoking room with a king-size bed, is that right ?”
“ok, no problem, sir. mr. hong will get exactly what he wants. is there anything else?”
“no. no. thank you. thank you very much.”
